Funnelish Review 2025: Is This the Best ClickFunnels Alternative?

What is Funnelish?

Funnelish is mainly a funnel builder platform that can be used for both ecommerce and digital products.

It is a direct competitor of platforms like ClickFunnels and mainly caters to businesses selling physical products but can be a good fit for course creators too.
The company started as an addon to ClickFunnels before launching their very own funnel builder. We’re breaking down exactly what Funnelish does and how it compares to others in the industry.
Funnelish Features

Before diving into the details of the most important features, here is an overview of what the platform offers:
  • Funnel & Website Building
  • Automations, Emails and SMS
  • Upsell/Downsell
  • Checkout and Payment
  • Integration with 3rd party app
  • Analytics

Site & Funnel Builder

Although the platform is meant to be used to build funnels, you can definitely use it to build a more traditional website too.

Funnels can be built from scratch or from one of the several templates provided.
Each Funnel has different “Steps”, which are meant to be sequential so for instance : Optin page > Sales Page > Checkout > Upsell.

In that sense, creating a new Funnel is like creating a folder which contains all of these pages, the automations and integration around it, products, etc.

These pages are built with the front-end visual editor, which is very flexible and customizable:
You can upload your images and videos directly to Funnellish (note the max upload size of 400 MB, but this can be increased).
The element types you can have on your pages are very diverse: text, image, buttons, sliders, timers, custom code, forms, menus,...

Pages can be saved as Templates are re-used in different funnels.

Overall you can really design a page that looks good and is optimized for conversion here.

Note that some advanced animation might require coding.

And you can also make sure the page looks optimized on mobile or any other devices.

Another key feature of building funnel pages is the ability to create A/B tests:
This is a must if you’re running ads or a large amount of traffic to your pages, to optimize your sales process.

Checkout, Upsells & Payment

The next step in creating your funnel is to set up a way for people to pay. This is simply a separate “Step” in Funnelish and this is where you can add Products:
You can create different Tiers or Variants of the same product and set up the pricing structure you want. This can be a one-time payment or a subscription with a trial period. You can also start building out your funnel and offering more by creating Order Bump or Upsells. These are add-on products that you suggest to the user on top of the main product they’ve selected. Order Bumps will appear on the checkout directly around the order form, which can be customized. Upsells will show up after the checkout form on a separate page, which is also a separate Step in Funnelish.
These are just as customizable as other pages on the platform. As far as payment goes, Funnelish allows you to connect several different payment methods including Stripe and Paypal but also Buy-Now-Pay-Later solutions:
Here are a few options to highlight:
  • Stripe
  • Paypal
  • Klarna
  • Airwallex
  • Checkout.com
  • SEPA direct debit
  • Razorpay
  • Cash on Delivery

You can also choose from a range of currencies and have a different one for each funnel. Overall Funnelish checkout is impressive, the only thing missing might be the ability to create an affiliate program, which is currently not possible.
Automation & Integration

It’s important to note at this point that Funnelish is not equipped to help you deliver the product you’re selling. Whether that’s an online course or physical product, this will have to be handled separately. That being said, this can still be automated through the native Funnel Automation. For example you can choose among some of the most used triggers such as product purchase, new subscription, refund…
And set up an Action to send an email, an SMS, wait for a period of time… Or use Zapier to trigger an action in a separate application. If you plan on using Kajabi to host your courses, you can set up an automation to give access to the user after they’ve made their purchase in your Funnelish funnel.
These can also be used to fulfill physical product orders with integrations to tools like ShipStation. Or to optimize your marketing funnel by setting up abandon-cart email sequences or sales email sequences after a form is filled out. You can connect your own SMTP like Mailgun to improve the delivery rate of your emails. This won’t be as advanced as a specialist CRM platform (like Active Campaign) but should help with most of your basic needs. Other integrations for tracking like Tiktok or Facebook pixels or Google Analytics are also available.
Other Features

Here are a few interesting features to highlight that Funnelish offers: Analytics: This is where you can get an extensive breakdown of your funnel’s performance, sales, LTV and most metrics you can think of.
You can also track traffic and break it down for each funnel and page. Apps: Other integrations are possible for quality of life and automations such as Orderlytics for dropshipping, Proofy for social proof or TaxJar to charge taxes dynamically.

User Experience: Is Funnelish Easy To Use?

The platform’s user interface is really well designed and easy to navigate. In several ways it looks a lot like Funnelish’s main competitor, Clickfunnel. From the funnel structure to the page builder and upsell.
Menus are very clear and free of distraction, which is important for a platform you’re likely to spend quite a bit of time on. From the end-user perspective, since you’re able to fully customize all pages, the experience should also be more than satisfying. There is no platform branding floating around, giving you full control over the user experience.

Pricing: How Much Is Funnelish?

Funnelish is also very competitive from a pricing perspective, but also needs to be put in perspective. You can start anytime without entering your credit card for a 14 days free trial. If you only need Funnelish as an addon to Clickfunnels, you can do that for $29/month. But to get access to the full platform we’ve reviewed here, you’ll need to get on one of the 3 plans:
One of the main differences between these plans and what would make you upgrade is the visitor per month limit. Other than that, each plan offers more Automation, funnels and domains. These are relatively affordable overall, but it’s worth noting that as we’ve described, you might still need a few other tools in your tech stack. Funnelish isn’t exactly an all-in-one platform and you still need for example to take care of the fulfillment of your product, whether that’s a digital or physical one.

Funnelish Support & Community

There are several ways to get support as a Funnelish user. First you can get help with migration from your current platform to Funnelish for free on the Advanced plan (or pay extra on the other plans). If you’re looking to understand the platform better, you have access to the tutorials.
For more technical or specific questions, support is available via a messenger chatbot directly on the platform. Finally, if you’re looking to connect with other users and see how they’re using Funnelish, you can join the Community forum or the private Facebook group. Funnelish offers a very well-rounded funnel platform with a powerful checkout system. It can definitely be a strong addition to your tech stack at an affordable price, but it’s worth noting the things it doesn’t do, especially if you’re selling online courses. The platform is very versatile and customizable which makes it a strong competitor in the space. You can get started today for a 14 days free trial..
